So this project seems to be 'done' as in everyone working on it stopped.  Either way, it is playable, but no guides/tutorial or anything of that sort.
Male/Female/Futa slaves/slavers available, but the default download only has Females included.

Starting Tips:
'You' are the trainer you pick.
Your first slave should be specialized into a maid.
Do not buy more slaves or hire any trainer.
Pimping/Whoring does not make you any money, by itself.
Dirtiness has impact.
Start working on Guild Quests first and foremost.

Early Game Economy
Step 1: Working at the Guild and turning in Guild Quests is where your money comes in.
Step 2: Buy House. Build a Bar.  Altar is an optional extra source of income, but it doesn't pay as much as Working at the Guild.  Keep that Bedroom and Kitchen.  Train up a bartender.
a. Bar is cheaper version of Tavern and only has space for 2 bartenders, while the Tavern has space for 4 bartenders.
b. Once you have someone specialized in Maid, they can sell food to customers at the kitchen.
c. If you have a skilled/specialized employee working at the altar...
Step 3: Play as you like, you've got a reliable source of income now.
Step 4: ???
Step 5: Profit!

Other Notes

Command stat determines your effectiveness in training and how much control you have over your own slaves.  (Guild Quest slaves do not count toward it.)
Certain acts drop your Command stat, like whoring.  But... this can be negated in your Legacy perk tree.

Legacy perk tree and Experience: This is a special perk tree for 'you'.  Your Experience is capped to 20 at the beginning of the game.  You raise that cap by completing Guild Quests.
What the Whore/Stripper/Massuer/Adventurer/Bartender/Maid perk does is eliminate your Command loss when doing those acts, as described when you highlight over them.
