Image for gangs

I think it could be a good idea if the game could have an image for each gang (based on their names) instead of the image of the brothel in the turn summary screen (and perhaps later in the staff management screen).

I'd like to deepen the gangs a little. Something else to look at once the 1.30 changes are stablized. Feel free to hunt down some pictures.
