It Would be nice if you acould train an expecific trait for your girls and your gangs.

Also if you put a gang to do a job for example kidnap they have more chance to do it ever time or to robbery they gain experience in their jobs...

For the girls if you put a girl as streeper thy gain streepteas exp points.

Yes this is already planned. However won't be implemented until some other features are in place.

Sounds good, it would be good though to make the requirements to trait a specific trait higher (longer time?), instead of just general training, to balance the great benefits selective training gives. Basically I'd like to see the difficulty of running the brothel increase, to keep it challenging longer.
