It seems that the picture for J-girl Fight is in English, but the game is in Japanese?

Edit: The J-girl fight 2 archive seems to be broken.

Judging by the screenshot, I would say so. I don't have it if that's what your asking. I found that with a quick google search. If it exists I imagine it won't be too hard to find. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
