My suggestion regarding the problem of attribution would be to simply upload, and allow people to help you credit properly. Say, for instance, you have Betty Boop uploaded. Someone comes along, sees your disclaimer, and responds, "oh, yeah, that was BlahBlah's pack." Now you know to edit and put "Betty Boop by BlahBlah."

Since free space in my dropbox account is about to end, I'm going to try Mega, as successor to Megaupload I've mainly used before. Let's see how they will like my packs in password-protected archive.
I've also tried sharesix. Their servers have major problems, at least with big files. It takes about a hour to upload 320 Mb archive, while mega handled it in a few minutes.

Yeah Nothing wrong with sharesix they let you keep files it's just the upload times.

But man MEGA sure does Up and Download fast.
