Pytfall game question re: vitality

In pytfall...


I'm really fascinated that you can use lactation pills on a girl in your harem.


But is there a counter item to bring back up the vitality hit loss you take to activate it?


How do you 'repair' vitality (the max stat, not the resting up)? And is there a way to 'train' max vitality up normally in game?


Also wanted to ask if your max AP goes up when you level up tiers, or like every 10 levels or something? (It would make sense if it did, because how else would you keep track of your harem if you can only visit them once a month)
