Uh ... no.  The point is that "Free Time" is "You don't have to work right now, go do whatever you want," and "Rest Time" is "You're Sick/Tired/Injured, and you're staying in bed until you get better."  No need to stick a third shift in.

Invitation to give a private show. – job increase maybe random sex stat. Also could give negative effect from the client being too violent.
Getting a present – after the show, if she was good they could throw flowers, with auto consumption increase in happiness or just a txt event boosting happiness.
Secret admirer (this could be a possible event for every job) – chance of getting jewelry, flowers, candy, sex toys basically anything. Also could decrees the girls love for the player.
Giving show with a monster. – outcomes: from a brilliant show too monster eating someone from the audience or inseminating the girl.
Star of the night – being incredibly good, all customers focused on her performance, the casino income drops for this nigh a certain %. Or being a star more people comes to watch and gamble, increase in the income.

If you've ever worked in a casino, you know that NOTHING is allowed to interfere with casino profits. Those shows, restaurants, shops, brothels, xxx performers and anyone else in the casino is there strictly to attract paying customers to the slots and tables.

That, by the way, is one of the most unrealistic parts of this game. The dealers at the tables should be raking in more money than the casino whores. Easily.

Perhaps inexperienced dealers should earn less than inexperienced whores, but at some point, experienced dealers should earn more than experienced hookers.
