got an item, not sure what it does?

so i was playing Envy's Whoremaster today, and in the catacombs, one of my gangs found a really expensive item called "Perfection" is worth 100 thousand gold selling it, says in description that "it is the power to remake yourself(someone's idea of mental and physical perfection" what should i do with it? give to girl? or sell it?

It removes all negative traits and adds lots of good traits.

Usually I sell them because the money is more than the girl would make in a year.
