It should probably be mentioned, just for reference sake, that there are some pictures under Kaoru from Kenshin that are actually Sakura from Sakura Taisen. I don't remember whose pack Kaoru was from anymore, but there were at least 3 or 4 labeled wrongly like this.

Yeah, that happens. Some characters don't have that many pictures, so you have to fudge it a bit. Of course, there are a few that just don't make it. Like filling in holes in Kiyone (tenchi Muyo) with Afura Mann (El Hazard).

I created her because I wanted her as a unique girl and now I'm sharing her.
Personally I hardly ever use the random girls, I prefer the uniques.

The ST pack gives me a CRC error on "Orihime Soletta\profile1.jpg" after two separate downloads. Might be worth checking out!

I'm wondering if it's a thing with Mediafire. Hmm.

Pack 4 - Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha
Also new download link for Pack - 2 Sakura Taisen. Hopefully that will fix the problem Lord Shame was having.

Ran into a slight problem with the new pack, there was no information file for the girls, just the pictures.

Huh, how strange. I checked my archive copy of the zip and the Girlx file is there, so who knows what happened to you.

The files are in there, they're just a little hidden.
There's one folder in each of those packs that doesn't hold a girl. The folders are... Sailor Moon, something, something, something. The girls files are in there. Not as simple as just having the file out in the pack without sticking it in a folder, but you should be able to find them.
