New item listings seemed in fashion, so I decided to give it a go and create my own.

It's not completely complete, but it's more than I bargained for at this hour. So you get this, and if I get around to finish it I'll upload a revised and larger version.
This was created for one of the celebmaster mods, so the fantasy parts were replaced with tech parts. I wanted a more comprehensive ability to change my girls so it offers a lot in giving or taking traits.
I still need more common items and catacomb items. I'd love to recieve input from anyone who're trying it out.
You should probably adjust the sell-rate of items to something lower than 50% Most of them are somewhat high-prized and I fear that gaining them from the catacombs will be an easy influx of money into your economy.

Drugs
Events (Like combat training, giving scars and combat ability)
Brothel-wide events
Suspicious "School"
