Can anyone tell me how I take off the piercings and where I can find the reviving items?? Where is the elixir or better zed than dead?

Can anyone tell me how I take off the piercings and where I can find the reviving items?? Where is the elixir or better zed than dead?
Most of the items that give piercings remove them when the item is removed.
There are not currently any ways of removing piercings other than Elixir of Ultimate Regeneration.
Elixir of Ultimate Regeneration is found in the Catacomb 5% chance
Better Zed than Dead has 5 variations and each is Shop 5% chance (Shop 5% can also be Catacomb 25%)
