Look guys, I only have 65 girls....at 60 it was too much....heck even 50 because unless you want them to get sick or who knows even die,you have to tell em when to rest as the so called madam (or whatever the name of the caretaker of the girls you could hire was) is broken.

That's actually fascinating, right now the game seems too easy to me, the only thing that seems to slow it down, for me, is getting the guards to acquire new territory.

I end up having all the brothels and not enough girls to fill them, though I don't ever buy them from the slave market.  And I rarely use the catacombs unless some goal requires monster girls.

I'm curious about your Matron problem as well.  My matron will take the girls off work when they get tired, but she doesn't always put them back to work.

Though, I do agree with you, there are too many number of things in the game, including girls to manage, at least, for the first play through...

Yeah, the matrons a broken (to an extent anyway): they have a seemingly random tendency to decide not to do their job and let girls die on you (which happens once every few games I play).  Under the category of incomplete implementation, the save files don't track the previous job of any girls taken off duty by the matron, so if you load a save, you have to manually put all your rested girls back to work.

Any resource management game is going to reach a point where the number of items in need of management exceeds the game's capacity to manage them efficiently. There is always going to be a point where you have so many girls that managing them becomes a chore.

Obviously we'll try and improve the game's management tools whenever we can, but ultimately all we can do is raise the bar a little.

lol yes i had 100 girls in the first brothel training, and 100 in the second to make movies. Just imagine the quality of the movie when you've got 100 girls do to it 

and now for something completely different...

I think if you allowed sorting and the ability to select multiple items/girls, it would save a lot of time when organizing.
As for the matrons do you think it is possible to add in the function to buy what ever the cure it is for all those nasty diseases and addictions? and as a way to balance things make them more expansive so that you cant afford them until you have enough girls to pay for the service.

Yeah, managing lots of girls may be achore. I actually tend to rest easy after the income becomes good, and sometimes I wait till all girls from a brothel stop working to put them all back to work.
Since my thing is breeding the girls, I tend to skip lots of weeks paying little attention.

I don't know how easy this would be to implement, but the one thing I would love to see is a mass equip button and a mass unequip button, so that I can remove all the items my girls have on at once and give them en-mass.
the unequip could be just for an item or all items. or for all items equipped to one girl, though that would still be tediousm.

Honestly, I don't see items really being something you give to every single girl.  If you have more than two brothels, you're almost certainly past the point where money is an issue, and the only reason to bother with items is if you're just THAT type of perfectionist micromanager anyway.

I use items as a way to get the girls to luv me, and it's something to spend money on, so I'm not just pressing the next week button after viewing the turn summary, other then visiting the dungeon.

...mind you, that's because each and every girl in three of those brothels was training, but...

There will be a cap for how many rooms can be brought for a building which should stop the large amount of girls. As DocClox said there is a limit to how well large volumes of something can be managed in detail. Something we could look at would be AI Managers who are given an spending allowance and manage the girls based on that but that requires a lot of work so isn't something that would be done except if the project was finished.
