I think you are right about the alien baby and clown murder. Though If my memory is correct, it was a bad Alien Abduction B-movie which borderlined on the surreal.

Also, I tineyed the gif and yeah, it's from Xtro.

I count Army Of Darkness as one of my all time favorite movies so I consider myself a "connoisseur of crap" as well. Though I haven't had the pleasure of watching plan 9. I should correct that though since I hear nothing but "good" things about it.

On the subject of crap. Anyone know where I can watch the old MST3K's? So want to watch Attack of The The Eye Creatures again. (the the not a typo... least on my part.)

I'd recommend watching Attack of the the Eye Creatures myself. Now that's MST3K at it's finest. The movie is just utter crap to begin with so them ripping on it makes it even more funny.

I mean come on... At least get your  title correct.
 

And it just goes downhill from there.
