Ill try and answer some of these questions..

1. The game never ends it kinda has an ending when you defeat your last rival but you can keep playing and more rivals will show up.
2. I wouldn't have but one Beast Capturer cause as it is with a few Beast Carers you will have way more then you need.  And for Beast Carers the more beast you have the more girls you need to take care of them or they will die.
3. Don't know how to answer this one cause I rarely allow my girls to have sex with beasts and when I do and there is no beast it always says the customer hated it.. so idk
4. Its for personal tastes I don't like my girls to have sex with beasts as I said and some people may not like BDSM or something its a way to block the types you don't like.
5. Some girls just can't get pregnant
6. I have done that i think once.. it may be a configuration option im not sure
7. Always works fine for me so im not sure
8. Girls at higher lvls get more money from customers and they expect higher accommodations.. thought I'm not sure if that works right yet
9. 8 the max a girl can see a week i think. and you cant increase it

13. You can get traits from girls lvling up and items. Also they can gain a few from the jobs they work

15. The only place i know of that there's a difference in pay is streets cause they can't see as many customers a day
16. 1 I would say jobs went though a major overhaul for 1.30 version of the game and aren't full finished yet.
17. Same as last you don't really need more then 1 but can put as many doing the job as you want

20. The higher they are the happier a girl is.  And as I said before the higher the lvl of the girl better she expects her Accommodations.. Also i think setting it higher helps with PClove

22. When girls give birth in 60 weeks either there son is sold to slavery for extra gold or there daughter is place in the dungeon for an extra girl.  You don't have to use Anti-Preg thats up to you.
23. Im not sure I think its not code that when woman get 40+ they start losing looks so its mostly something that they probably either didn't think about or something.  And any girl can see max customers for a week if you have them.
24. They are sold if i remember right and you gain some gold
25. Free girls make more money off customers then slaves.. But its a game play thing some people don't want all slaves its personal choice
26. That sounds like bad luck either way a girl can escape if she beats the guards
27. Its not rivals territory its just some people looking to rape the girl and she gets away i think.  Its a configure option as well so you can turn it off if you don't like it

Basically she feeds the beasts. Otherwise they just starve to death. With a beast carer you don't need a full time capture operation, which is (should be) a risky job.

Some people don't like some of the sex options and disable them. I don't there's a gameplay reason to do this.

Some girls are sterile, or can't breed with humans. Generally it's the constructs and the slime girls, but it's down to the girl designer in the end, so there is no hard and fast rule.

I don't belive he can. Arguably that's a bug.

It used to go up with training. If it's stopped, that's probably a bug.

There's no general way to do it. Sterile comes after a bad childbirth (more often with inseminations). Masochist and Broken Will can result from torture. There's no single governing rule.

Age is just there for roleplay value, really. It's a fantasy world - either all the girls are basically attractve, or else the ugly ones get sent away before you even see them.

Your girls DO use fake beasts. But I havent seen a customer who was ok with that. So there's definitely a reason for capturing beasts... whether that has a different money outcome or not I don't know.

Just to be clear here, Tsunade use of power was technically keeping herself actually young by regenerating too fast, rather than just keeping up appearances.
