A Question Regarding Starting Statuses

Does anyone know if it is possible to create a unique girl who starts off pregnant or inseminated?  On a similar train of thought, is there any way to prevent the game from assigning a girl "Virgin" status?

How a girl is determined to be a virgin or not is based off a few things like age and her sex skill..  So if u don't want a girl to be a virgin make her older and higher sex skills
