Gang recruiting and training definitely need to be accelerated now to make sense. I was actually going to suggest increasing the recruiting rate back in 1.26, as it could take well over a week to get back 5-6 members. Should at a minimum recover 3-4 members per turn now, up to 7-8, or even more. Success rate on other missions should probably increased as well. If they spend an entire week looking for girls to kidnap, it no longer makes sense that even maxed out gangs can take 4-5 weeks to get a single girl.
In fact, a lot of things need to be accelerated to make sense now. It could easily take 30 days in the dungeon to get some girls rebelliousness low enough to get useful. Now this process is technically taking nearly a YEAR. Same goes for average number of customers. It makes no sense if a girl only saw 2-3 customers per week now.
While it makes sense for pregnancies and average game length (takes place over years now, instead of MAYBE one year if you were really obsessed), the rest of the game needs heavy rebalancing to make sense now.
