heya all ..
well im a newbie both here and in the game, and everywhere i read posts of advanced stuffz .. man am i lost.
first of all it would be pleasant if someone include 'help' in the game.. it takes me 5 minutes to figure that i have to buy girls with "visit town" and hit on the chain symbol on the map, and i figured you have to CLEAN your brothel LoL .. ahaha ..
second, im not really sure about magic and mana stats the girls have, well and i've read soemone mentioned skills, will there be a battle in the game? is it rpg like? if no i dunt see where skills fit in.
Third, about town hall, well i also read that you set price and highest rate gives you title "town hero" but what's the benefit of that? more costumer?
fourth, there's an objective; kidnap a girl..well i was wondering how exactly you do that only to find that it occurs by chance once you hire a gang and give em the job..
fifth, what's with the report eg. Raging magicians raged a war against <name of other business> and lost/won..seriously what is that?
sixth, uhh...what does it mean by number of business=0 ? surely if i have a brothel,a bar and casino isnt that 1 business already?
well sorry for the long question.. i dunt exoect anyone to answer all of those..anyone with kind heart can answer one point per person ^ - ^

Yeah. It's the old story for programs like this: people are so busy making it work that no one finds the time to add a help screen. That said, it hasn't been a major problem up until now.

Girls fight if you send them down the catacombs, or if they get caught on the streets by a rival patrol. They also sometimes fight you if you try and torture them, or suchlike. There's no battle screen as such - it's just text based.
Third, about town hall, well i also read that you set price and highest rate gives you title "town hero" but what's the benefit of that? more costumer?
"Town Hero" you get if your reputation gets high enough. There's no benefit, it's just a way of measuring your rep. The town hall is for bribing the mayor not to send the city guard to work you over. I don't think there's any effect on rep, but I could be wrong.

About right. You set a goon squad (or several) to look for girls to abduct. They look for women that no-one is going to miss, so it's not automatic that they find anyone. There is nothing that lets plan a specific abduction like "let's abduct Lady Buttercup from Meltsinhermouth Manor", although we have talked about doing events like that once the new scripting system is in place. Which it will be. Eventually.

Rival gangs. The names are random. Basically, the other guys fight among themselves as well as raiding you. That's why the sometimes get wiped out without you having to do anything.

Think protection racket. These are business owned by other people who pay you a weekly sum to ensure that nothing bad happens to them. You get these business by sending goons to "acquire territory".

Oh and by the way...
Reputation is something that depends majorly on bribes. Higher bribes, mean the town loves you more, and even if are evil, torture girls everyday, send everyone you see into the dungeon and abduct girls each day, as long as you pay them enough, you're still a hero.
Also, uh, is it possible for the player to wipe out the gangs? I've tried and tried but never seemed to get it to work. *shrug*

Yeah it's possible. Train 2 gangs till they both have 2 stats in the 80's then set them on sabotage and forget them. They'll wipe your rivals out for you.

I've actually succeed in wiping out all of my rival gangs once but then magically a new one sprang up. This one seemed to be the strength of the original 4 added together cause my two gangs with stats in the 80's got nearly wiped out by one attack on this one new rival.

Yeah, that happens. New rivals arise after a while, and they're tougher than the old ones.

that explains why, when i send out my 100% gangs to sabotage, they aren't successful after the first gangs are wiped, they simply run into opposite 100% gangs?

That shouldn't happen, at least not consistently. I made the replacement rivals a lot tougher, but they shouldn't appear maxxed out.
I'll have to check the code; it's been a while.

hey thanx guys for answering.. i havent been on this ofrum for quite a while owing to "other games" thread lolx..i've been on downloading spree and totally neglected this game (forgive me aaaa) well after some time playing i still dunt get animals.. do i have to set my goons on searching out animals as well?

By "animals" I presume you mean "beasts." You obtain beasts in the catacombs, either by sending your gangs or your girls down.
