1) Your Ren'Py version is too old.
2) You PyTFall version is too old.

I update ren'py for version 6.99-10 without believing it and know I found the characters lost xD

I do not think playing long time, I trust you I had many love the first alpha version.

You can't really play the game properly, I mean even buildings are not setup :D It's why it's called a dev version.
