Add a 'Meet Girl on Walk%' to the config file

As stated, I'd like this value to be in the configuration file as I find it's currently a tad low.  It would be nice to be able to bump it up a bit if the player wants to.

I agree I meet maybe 1 once a month or so if I  am lucky when I'm unlucky i can go 5 months with no new encounters

I've already gotten around this by saving before hand then reloading till I meet a girl.

I'm sure others do this as well. So setting the % in the config file is more for the inpatient players. But since we are going to "work around" it anyway......

Of course, adding more options for getting girls might help as well. (I like the idea of Girls coming to you looking for work. Would rock if implemented by script.)

Talking bout the Config file... is there a possibillity to add the Standart House percantage for Slaves? cause, i set my percentage to 95, so the girls get 5% from thier Gold, to buy Things or so... and it is Hard (even now with the Sliders) to adjust 30 or more Girls on 95%...

Yeah, though I should note that the standard slave house percentage isn't implemented yet, just added into the config in advance. It should be in the next version.
