Title: Keyboard issues

I have a weird issue.  It doesn't effect gameplay much, but it's annoying!  Whenever i start the game up, and start a new game, the first letter will type in no problem.  But after that it changes to numbers, repeating from 0-9, over and over, no matter what letters i push.  Weird.  SO say i try to make the name WhoreVille, all that appears is W012345678


What the heck is happening?


Edit:  i found it does work if i hold down ctrl

Laptop with Num Lock enabled, possibly?

Nvm, found on another forum that sometimes the Xfinity virus protection application thing can cause keyboard troubles during gaming, so i uninstalled it, and no problems.  Weird.
