Who is 'Hana'

Just wondering who the 'hana' character is based on. There are a ton of anime characters called 'Hana' and I only found one image on Google which was obviously her (and it didn't give any useful information).

don't know, but you could try to find her by searching by her looks instead of by name (on the mass pic storage sites)

Drag a profile picture from your folder into google's image search, it usually yields quick results.
