i downloaded the newest version of ur whoremaster .... i found a minor bug which dont interfere with gameplay =) ... dont execute whoremaster in fullscreen and u will see and think at the window-text that it isnt the .33 version of the game .... it would be the .32 version ^^

This happens all the time, the version number is in the Revision.h file and I sometimes forget to change it before compiling the next version.

Found a possible bug with traits in .34 that girls can only have 30 traits and not 60. I was trying to use some items to give them more traits and it will not give or list anymore traits after 30.

I found a possible cause but it is not limiting the number of traits just the number that are on the list.
Check your save game and count the number of traits.

I upped the traits on the lists from 30 to 60 for the next version.

StatTr and SkillTr arent loaded properly from a save file. Well, I can't find them anywhere in saved files. They are loaded fine the first time.

They don't need to be.
When the traits are loaded, the game rebuilds the StatTr and SkillTr based off the traits that are loaded.

Well, it seems that part is not in the load game code.
I will add it and hopefully it will work.

When the traits are loaded, the game rebuilds the StatTr and SkillTr based off the traits that are loaded.
I should do that for Items as well.
That's where the bug should be then. I began a new game, bought a girl and saved. No items equipped or consumables used. Nothing. Then when I loaded the game her stats were way lower than before.

Ok, I added it and it works now.
I also cleaned it up so it will fix MutuallyExclusiveTraits if it finds any.


I have started cleaning up the statmod/skillmod so I can make it recalculate them on load as well.
Update:
Well the cleanup is finished but I think changing this will cause more problems than it will solve.
I'll put it off for another time.

Argh, not again  :'(


I finally got it to crash after several hours of it working properly...
... but it wasn't on Daughters growing up.
It crashed on check_raid() when it was trying to check the influence of a null rival.


Still checking on it.
Attach your savegame so I can test off of that.


Other things I am doing while trying to get it to crash:


I found and fixed a bug in explore catacombs that was not creating random girls properly.

I finally figured out why the dungeon girls were not getting their events saved and I fixed that.

I added a reducer to explore catacombs item count
 - Instead of a flat 40%, I changed it to (50% - (numitems*5%))
 - Better chance of getting 1 or 2 items but less likely to get 4 or more items

I fixed something that was bugging me about the pregnancy column on girls lists, I added a check for Sterile.
 - It will display "St." if she is sterile  instead of just "No"
 - If she is sterile and pregnant it will display "Yes?3?" - how could that happen?
 - If she is sterile and in cool down it will display "No!3!"
 -  - This could signify that she became sterile from giving birth

I added a bypass in the loading girl's images section so it will skip the loading of "nothing" if the girl has no images.
 - This should speed up loading of the game a little.

I added Default Images location to config.xml

Ok, the problem was caused because the mom was a slave and the child was the player's.
The game had daughtergirls but was improperly looking for a "slave daughtergirl".
I added checks so if it doesn't find the exact type of daughtergirl it will look for any type of daughtergirl.

I think I may have found the problem.

If the player fights a girl, as when you try to send her to the dungeon and she fights back, that fight could go on forever.
There was no limiter for the while loop except hers and the players health.
I let a fight run for about 30 seconds and it had run through 14441259 rounds before I broke in.

When I converted a ton of g_Dice%100 to either g_Dice.percent() or g_Dice.d100() in the update for .06.01.02
I accidentally changed a couple of fail percents into succeed percents.
Two of which were in that combat sequence in the part where the combatants would take damage it they failed.
They instead lost health if they succeeded their dodge rolls.
Because dodge gets degraded as they get tired, the percent eventually fell to 0% thus always failing the roll.
Never taking any damage, and without a turn limiter, the combat would go on forever.

I have fixed that and added a 1000 turn limit to this combat.

Where EXACTLY is the config file supposed to be?....in the folder of the game...one level up?.....my game can't find it
