Girl's image set resets to default one

That's not a big problem, but still a bug.
Sometimes after i give/use some items on girl, the girl's profile image either disappears from her details or gets replaced by the one from the "default" directory - looks like "Profile1.jpg" 33.1 Kbytes (33 943 bytes). Also i noticed that if you try looking on the gallery of such a girl, you will be able to switch between profile images, but, since there is only one profile image for default girl, it will show you a blank screen.
 
It's a minor because this change lasts only until the next load game. But still it can cause instability if you play for long without loading a game(i suppose).

I think this is a sign of a bigger issue since that is not supposed to happen.

I had this happen once, if I remember correctly, it was a perfume item. Just reloaded game and the problem seemingly fixed itself.
