well, if the files exist, and they're where they're supposed to be, then I can only think that something is stopping the program from opening them. Either they're locked, set with no permissions for the user, maybe the file system has errors. Something like that.

The other possibility is that the resources folder is not under the folder containing the exe - or else he's launching from a shortcut that has a different working directory specified.

Beyond that, I'm out of ideas

Yeah, from the log it really looks like he's either only got the update files and not the original r327 full package or that he extracted the update to a different folder or something.

Hmm, strange. Though, from the main EXE size in that screenshot, he is running r327; has he tried it with the r397 update? Once he has, post back the gamelog.txt again. It should hopefully contain a little more detail which was added in one of the updates.

k, now it work... seem just like he realy just make some mistake during the Installation...

This just happened to me on the latest version can't start a new game and can't load an old game it just stops responding.

my fix was going through the girlsx list and making a new file for everything. what i did was put all the girls in one group then separate them alphabetically a-c, d-f, g-i, j-l, m-o, p-r, s-u, v-z and then it worked. it may have been a pain but it worked
