When i interact with the girls and have sex they only show profile pictures?


when are the Sex images use?

It's probably because the image packs you are using need to be expanded.  (Insert shameless self-promotion of HWCBN's quality packs - more pics than you really need!)

Aside from that, I have no idea.  Sex pics appear just fine when I try it.  Try with a different girl.

if it's the original it's 'cause it's programmed that way (if I remember correctly) other mods may have fixed this...

I checked with my version of vannila wm (r593) and this is true.
