Not sure what are you talking about. If you mean vanilla WM, then no, they don't have anything like that.

Girls don't, but gangs do.  I'm not sure what it does, though.

It makes the gangs stronger, take less damage, and be more successful. The enemy gangs get stronger (or they're supposed to) when you defeat them.
