I actually have both those mods and were part of what I was considering integrating into the WM mod lol.  The WM mod is a broad sweeping project that will take some time to do, as I'm not quite good at scripting yet, and real life is occupying a lot of my free time.  Damn that real life.  Shinteo's covering the FO3 part, it seems, so I'll start on the meat and bones of the Oblivion version when I have some free time.  I've already put all the mods I'm going to be borrowing from into one ESP, so it's more of a matter of working the other stuff out.
What I've considered doing, is setting up a messenger who comes to you telling you your relative died and left  you with a run down brothel, as I despise tons of pop up alerts upon character creation.   I'd like people to help me, as I have life to deal with and it'd be nice if I could get some assistance in learning the scripts.  I have the basics of building construction and NPC creation down, so if one person handled the scripts while I handled the buildings and npc's, that'd work out nicely, and we'd have a nice playable beta for all you PPG fans.

While I'm working on the buildings, before I get to the slaves themselves, I've added a poll regarding the races.  I have quite a few custom races, and I want to know if yall want me to throw in custom races in the original esp itself or release it as an addon pack.  Some of the races I have are no longer available, so I'd have to put them up for download.

I don't think custom races should be in the original esp.  As much fun as some of them are, I don't think it's a good idea to force people to add races if they don't want to.

I can't rap my head around Khajiit and Argonian whores... That's just unsavory. And most of the elves in oblivion look ridiculous.

But I've seen what mods can do for the sex appeal of these races. So as long as the base races are "Modded for beauty" I guess I wouldn't complain about lack of new races.

Well the races I'd be adding in are Dream Walker Elves, Tabaxi, Raven Elves, Kawa Khajiit's, and some of the more... original looking races for catacomb runs.  As for mods that make vanilla look good, there's mods for that, but I'll have to make it a separate download unless I get permission from the author to integrate it.

Been a long while since I've touched Oblivion, but if you're looking at races to add, I might suggest looking at these four. Though to be honest, I've no clue if they're compatible with the ones you've listed. I also don't remember how well they're balanced. Now that I think about it, making a suggestion for something to look at with how little I remember probably isn't very useful. Bah, oh well.

Well, I was more curious about the specifics of how they'd be handled and implemented. I'd attempt to expand on that with more specific questions, but I think I'm too tired to do that now, and thinking about it, some of the questions I had depended on mechanics that I may be misremembering. Bah, come back to thought process when brain work.

Development   has been put to a halt for the time being as my PSU went poof and I'm   awaiting a replacement in the mail.  However, I don't know if I'll be   able to continue dev for awhile, as I'm being called back to my old job,   which is a 70 hour a week job.  Goodbye wal mart, hello half decent   paychecks, goodbye social life!

Good god, 70 hours is never fun. But at least you got something.

I've been doing freelance for the past few weeks myself. Which is better then my old "Sit on my ass and make phone calls to people I used to know to see if they have anything" job that I used to have.  :D

Good news for the mod, bad news for the bank account.  A couple of contracts that they were calling people back for fell through, so I'm NOT going back to work :P As soon as I get my PC back up and running and a whole day off, I'm going to start working on the mod again.  I will most likely scrap the brothel setup that I have and make something more lore friendly that makes more sense ingame... More soon, though if you're a member of the wave, you already have seen some of the changes I have planned.

On hold til I get some irl shit dealt with.  Namely vehicle, bills, and glasses, amongst other things.  Right now looking at the screen for more than 20 minutes at a time hurts my eyes and gives me a migraine.
