would it be possible to play this mod with only Oblivion? 
I haven't had the time to purchase either expansion for my computer version of Oblivion yet.

It won't be ready for awhile... I have to get glasses first, it just took me 2 minutes to find the menu button on the dvd remote, so needless to say, I can't focus them that well anymore.
