Title: Can't get r450 or higher to work

After I unzipped r450 or higher in my pc and try to run it, I get the message the game is missing MSVCP100.dll and MSVCR100.dll. I downloaded both files into my game folder and I get a message 'The procedure entry point _invalid_parameter_noinfo_noreturn could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR100.dll'

Could someone explain to me what I should do to fix this?
