I am virtually certain that, at some point, someone has considered making separate item slots for "Tops", "Bottoms", "Underwear", and so on and so forth.  I am aware that this distinction does not currently exist - I would, however, welcome its advent, if ever someone with sufficient skills could find out how to do so.  Also, if certain girls could have unique items that could only be acquired by acquiring that specific girl (Ex:  "Asagi's Katana"  could only be acquired when Asagi Igawa was bought), I think that would lend something positive to the Whore Master experience.
