Here's my (initial) contribution to the add-ons - a shit ton of ladies from the various games I've played and animes I've watched. It all started a girlpack with nearly every girl from the first four Fire Emblem games to see a US release, and since then, I've added a LOT of additional content with more to come.

Can't seem to get these girls to work.
Only isadora or amelia will, and even then it's only 1 in 10 times.
I'm nice to them, free them if they're slaves and talk to them weekly, not much seems to work.

It's probably not the girls but the game. There's a refuse-to-work bug atm. The megafix update should help, and there's another update in the pipeline which should help even more.

Meanwhile, if you have the megafix pack, try getting their rebellion down to -100 if you can. That should guarantee they work every time.

Use the item creator to make an item that gives them 1 or 2 of: meek, dependent, broken will, or mind fucked.  Generally, rebellion will drop to -100 quickly with those and the girls will work *most* of the time.
