A very, very basic update to the meettowndefault script

I added a little (emphasis on little) more meat to the meettowndefault script.  Hopefully I'll be able to decipher a little more of how these scripts function and further expand on them.

I'm definitely going to be adding more into this soon, I took some time to look over the other various scripts and have a pretty good handle on how the function now.  The only reason I haven't released a newer version already is that RL is keeping me ridiculously busy.
