personally having it 18 would be a good change, just to be on the safe side.

the majority of the US is split between 16 and 17 for AoC, with the fewest states being 18. Mexico goes as low as 12(eww), and Canada and the UK are fully 16 across the 2 countries.

as an aside to the AoC debate i seem to remember it's only been within the last 25+ years that japan has made law to specify lowest age, before that there simply were no lower age.

I have had girls go through two pregnancies and still have had not notifations of any children growing up. Does it notify you in the week summery?
 
It would be nice to have a page that displayed your children and how many weeks you still had until they grew up.

It takes on default 60 weeks after birth for a baby to grow into a 17yo slave-girl (appears in your dungeon, with an appropriate 'your daughter' trait, if that's the case, males are sold automatically). You can change that quite easily in the config file to however many weeks you'd like. It does notify you when a child grows up for both male and female children maturing. It should show up as a red notification at the top of the summary list for that girl. 


It would be, but unless you know how to code, don't count on it lol. You don't see how many weeks they have to grow, but some UI mods add a column in the girl management screen that lists how many weeks a girl has before birth.
