Compiled trunk?

Hello!
Is it possible to download the recent compiled version of the game? Compiling sources requires time and VC installed :] Do we have any option to take a look at the improved game? Regardless of bugs it has :]]

I am such a noob at this I havent been able to insert any of the code changes people have posted around here...
If, perhaps, anyone had the time and the kindness neede to upload a new complied version of the game, I'd be indebted.
