Considering that WM was almost "done" before 1.30 came out, I'm not surprised.  :( Now that it's pretty much open source, it seems like it's going to become abandonware.

I wish the devs good luck on the next project and hope they haven't bitten off more than they can chew with their randomly generated world.  That said... it is always nice to get paid for your work. ;D

If it is any consolation I will keep an eye on this and release a bug fix now and then after it is done.  Note I am taking done as to mean what would be shipped in a retail game.

Yep done. What this means is that all the features implemented after 2 months will be the final feature set of the game (although I have no doubt that development will continue in some sense on new features). Bugs will still be worked on by me and probably others as they find time.

Of course, the source code is in fact available now. Not really in a playable state at the moment, but getting there (if slowly).

so, does this mean you plan on actually finishing wm in the next 2 months, or just that whatever's done by then is the final version? cos, looking at the to do list, I'm not feeling very optimistic
