Just wondering is learning magic really worth it. I been going through arena just fine but would magic help defeat enemies more easier?

Magic, if used properly even now can decimate opponents that you'd have no chance against otherwise, however due to an Alpha stage, there is almost no way of using it smart.
Learning it will not hurt/lower fighting strength however (but if you're playing fighting style, keep MC in Neutral alignment). You can always get a loyal Warrior girl and make a mage out of her (Matching alignments/spells). Magic if used properly can hit 2 - 2.5 times harder than the most powerful weapons in the game but like I've said, there is no way of getting info on your opponents atm...
