thank you aevojoey for all your work  :)
I also read all this thread and all the threads linked in the first post. Most of them are from 2015. Would it be possible to update those? I assume many of the "not implemented yet" have been implemented in the meantime. I would also love to get more information about the stats that influence jobs.

Or, maybe, someone can give me a hint in which source code files to look for the formulas. 
Is there an introduction to the source code? Something like an Architektur?  ::)
