2.5D fighting engine in the works

You probably already know about Fighter Maker 2D, well I was perusing the FMHQ forums when I stumbled across this.  http://csgm.webs.com/
It's a 2.5D fighting engine.  So it'll play like SFIV. 
Discuss I guess.

Edit: I just realized not everybody's familiar with Fighter Maker 2D, so if you want to know what it is, head on over to http://fmhq.us
Tho, anyone familiar with Toffi's games should already know what it is.

From the looks of the screen shots, it appears to be 2d art Given a 3d appearance. And not cellshaded 3d models... this looks interesting.
