just drop the new pictures you have into the existing file for said girl and you are done (they cannot be in a seperate file or anything, they must be on the same file path to work)

No, you just have to exit the program if it's already running and they should show up when you load up again.  Note that only jpg and png files work.

also you might want to make sure they are named properly ex:    sex1 profile3 preg1

also it is random, which pictures the games show, so it might take time for them to appear.

actually, I've found I've always had to restart the game when I make any changes to the config, item list, adding a girl, changing a girls stats, or even just adding a picture to an existing girl. I don't know why.
